Key Responsibilities: Client Intake & Follow-Up

• Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails from prospective and current clients
• Conduct initial intake conversations with empathy and professionalism
• Schedule consultations and follow up with prospects who have not yet booked
• Provide clear explanations of next steps and required documents

Administrative & Case Support

• Enter and update client information in internal systems
• Prepare contracts and process payments
• Track follow-ups and ensure no client is left without a response
• Assist with document collection and basic file organization
• Support internal teams with administrative tasks as needed

Client Care & Communication

• Serve as a calm, reassuring point of contact for clients
