Job TitleClient Implementation Specialist II (Order Management Specialist)Position SummaryAt Cox Business, the Client Implementation Specialist II is responsible for coordinating Cox Business customer orders and projects end-to-end — including new installs, upgrades, downgrades, transfers and other changes. This role converts customer and sales input into accurate orders in Cox systems, ensuring all documentation is complete and correct, and coordinating across sales, engineering, and field partners to support smooth installations and engagements. The role is performed virtually with minimal supervision and may sit in any Cox Business location.Key Responsibilities

Coordinate Cox Business customer projects (new, upgrade, downgrade, transfer, etc.), handling the day-to-day order details.
