Responsibilities
- Support implementation activities for new clients, renewing clients, and TPA changes
- Coordinate onboarding timelines, milestones, and documentation
- Track implementation progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
- Maintain and organize implementation artifacts, including client documentation and configuration files
- Identify risks, issues, or gaps and elevate to Implementation Managers
- Validate information received from clients and partners for accuracy
- Work with Implementation Managers, Client Success Managers, and internal teams for seamless handoffs
