Our client is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Client Development Manager to grow revenue across an existing client portfolio and strengthen long-term client relationships.

This newly created role will focus on developing key accounts, re-engaging lapsed clients, and driving cross-selling opportunities across a full range of facilities management services, including reactive maintenance, PPMs, project works and specialist service lines.

Working closely with operational and commercial teams, the successful candidate will identify growth opportunities within the client base, manage strategic account development plans, and support clients through a tiered account framework.
