Responsibilities
- Support complex large accounts as a secondary Client Manager, contributing to strategy, reporting, and renewal preparation
- Independently manage a portfolio of smaller large-group clients (100–200 lives) as the primary contact
- Execute core benefits analyst tasks including financial spreading, carrier marketing, quoting, and data analysis
- Maintain and configure benefits administration systems
- Lead renewal and open enrollment preparation, including building presentations and employee education materials
- Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal operations to ensure a seamless client experience
