You help clients with their everyday banking, acting as an RBC ambassador who adds value in the moments that matter most. You collaborate with RBC partners to help clients achieve their goals. Whether you demonstrate how to use digital banking, onboard a new client, or refer a complex opportunity to a specialist, your expertise creates meaningful and memorable client experiences that drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
