Job Description

We are currently looking for a Client Advisor (seasonal) for our Boutique in St Moritz.
As a Client Advisor, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.

Key Responsibilities


  • Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers.

  • Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines.

  • Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge.

  • Fluency in Swiss-German and English. Other languages are considered a plus.

  • Relevant experience in luxury retail.

  • Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
