Purpose of the roleThe Client Administrator plays a pivotal support role within the Corporate Risks Team ensuring the seamless delivery of broking and servicing activities to corporate clients. This position involves end-to-end administrative support across policy lifecycle activities, documentation control, insurer coordination, system management and client servicing, supporting the Client Managers and Senior Client Managers.
The role demands strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, a service-oriented approach and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
