This role focuses on mechanical and laboratory assembly of highly specialized sensor products in a startup manufacturing environment. You will gradually build complex units independently, support research and development activities, and manage batch processes from start to finish. The work involves fine, small-scale assemblies, wire soldering, microscope work, documentation, and close collaboration with engineering teams to bring new manufacturing processes from concept to production.

+ Perform mechanical assembly of sensor units, progressing to independently building complete units once trained.
+ Execute repetitive and easy-to-learn assembly processes while consistently meeting daily production goals.
