About The Role
This role is a Cleaning Manager for OCS UK & Ireland, responsible for overseeing cleaning operations and supervising staff.
Working Pattern
Mon-Fri 05:00‑12:00
Sat 05:00‑10:00
Responsibilities
- Oversee and assist with the cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells, washrooms, and other ad hoc areas.
- Manage staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits and recruit new employees when required.
- Identify training needs on‑site, conduct training where possible and maintain records of completion.
- Participate in investigations related to personal accidents or potential disciplinary matters.
- Monitor cleaning products, maintain stock levels and submit orders in line with agreed site budgets.
