Term time only | Up to 30 hours per week | PS3 £18,018 (30 hrs TTO)

Freemantles School supports autistic children and young people, and those with complex social communication needs, aged 4–19. We have small class sizes (around 9 pupils) and a strong focus on wellbeing, communication and independence.

We are looking for Classroom Assistants to join our teams at our Mayford site, working across primary, secondary and FE age groups.

Start date: September 2026.

About the role

As a Classroom Assistant, you will:

Support pupils with learning activities in the classroom and outdoors

Help children and young people develop communication, independence and social skills
