Job Description
Organizational Unit:
- Select Genetics Department: Transportation Reports To: Transportation Manager Location: Goldsboro NC FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Position Purpose This position is responsible for transporting day old poults and egg delivery in a timely and safe manner.
- This position will mostly involve hauling shavings onto breeder farms.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities Select Genetics presents a solid platform to serve customers on a national and international scale by providing quality poults, service, and innovation.
- Select Genetics is the leading supplier of poults and eggs to growers and companies across the world and has operations in eight US States.
- The position reports to and is supervised by the Transportation Manager.
Class A CDL Driver responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Maintaining a license to drive vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) over 26,000 lbs.
