Job Description
Become a vital part of GFL Environmental as a Swing Driver in Lloydminster, AB, equipped with a Class 1 or Class 3 licence. This role focuses on effective waste collection and customer service across various businesses.
In this Swing Driver position, you’ll be responsible for operating a Front End truck, engaging in waste removal from multiple sites. Essential duties include pre- and post-trip safety inspections, maintaining route quality, and preparing daily documentation. With a commitment to safety, you will demonstrate professionalism and excellent communication skills as you coordinate with your supervisor for routing improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect waste utilizing Front End truck and equipment
• Service multiple locations and collect from 8-yard bins
• Execute daily safety inspections and manage records
• Uphold route standards set by management
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicle interiors and exteriors
