Job Description
Drive and deliver scrap metal efficiently with SECURE in Kimberley, British Columbia. As a Class 1 Self-Loader Driver, you'll focus on safety, customer service, and effective vehicle operation.
In this full-time role, you'll transport recyclable materials using a self-loader truck while adhering to SECURE’s commitment to safety and service excellence. Daily tasks include operating the self-loader, conducting inspections, and maintaining documentation related to vehicle and load security. Your experience in safe driving and equipment operation will be vital in executing assigned responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate a Class 1 vehicle for material transport
• Load and unload materials using a self-loader
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Secure loads per company and legal requirements
• Complete logs and documentation daily
