Gat Leedm Logistics has an immediate opening for a full‑time Class1 Driver (Day and Night Shift) based in Prince Rupert, BC. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, timely, and professional transportation of goods throughout Prince Rupert and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class1 tractor‑trailer units during scheduled night shifts.
- Transport freight in accordance with delivery schedules and customer requirements.
- Conduct thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and maintain accurate logbooks.
- Ensure cargo is properly secured and compliant with load safety regulations.
- Complete required documentation, including bills of lading, inspection reports, and daily logs.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding routes, delivery timelines, and any issues.
