The Opportunity

Are you a detail‑oriented claims professional who takes pride in delivering fair, timely, and thorough outcomes for clients and carriers alike?

Reporting to the Claims Manager, the Claims Technician is a core member of HUB International’s claims team. You will manage your own portfolio of property, liability and specialty lines claims files end‑to‑end, applying your investigative skills, coverage knowledge, and commitment to service to resolve claims efficiently and accurately.

A Day in the Life

• Manage an active portfolio of claims files from first notice of loss through to resolution
• Engage third party adjusters and conduct thorough coverage analysis and damage assessments within your delegated authority limits
• Establish and adjust reserves with sound documentation and negotiate settlements within authority limits
