We're a fast-growing insurance broking firm in Hyderabad, redefining employee benefits for 300+ SME clients. And we need someone who can own the claims journey — start to finish, no hand-holding. Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office) Experience: 1–2 years in EB/Group Health Claims Industry: Insurance Broking / Corporate Insurance What you'll own: → End-to-end EB claims — from intimation to final settlement → Coordination with insurers, TPAs & internal teams → Escalation handling & complex case resolution → Claims MIS, documentation & stakeholder follow-ups → Client retention support during renewals You're a fit if you have: ✔️ Hands-on EB/group health claims experience (broking side preferred) ✔️ Strong grasp of policy wordings & insurer coordination ✔️ Advanced Excel — not just basic, we mean pivot tables & MIS trackers ✔️ Calm under pressure, client-first mindset ✔️ Clear, confident communication — written & verbal This isn't a back-office processing role.
