Job Description
**Job Title: Claims Examiner - Workers Compensation**
**Job Duration: 3-6 months (Possible extension)**
**Location: Roseville, CA 95661 or Long Beach CA 90806 (Remote)**
**Shift: M-F**
**Pay rate: $50/hrs. on W2**
**Note:**
Prefer if someone could be in-office in either Roseville, CA or Long Beach, CA, preferably within driving distance of either office in case it is required for them to come in for a quarterly client meeting and training.
**PRIMARY PURPOSE:**
To analyze complex or technically difficult workers' compensation claims to determine benefits due; to work with high exposure claims involving litigation and rehabilitation; to ensure ongoing adjudication of claims within service expectations, industry best practices and specific client service requirements; and to identify subrogation of claims and negotiate settlements.
