Job Description
- Coordinate and monitor vehicle repair and maintenance schedules.
- Handle insurance claims from reporting up to settlement and repair completion.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle documents, insurance, repairs, accidents, and claims.
- Coordinate, Process and Recording of accident-related concerns including reports, insurance, and repairs.
- Monitor daily Motorpool operations, vehicle condition, and availability.
- Manual Recording of Daily Vehicle Repair/Maintenance Expenses and Motorpool Job Order.
- Vehicle Checklist of incoming and outgoing units for release to the assignee.
- Tasks will be taught during training/probationary period
