Job Description
Summary:
Manage and maintain a designated set of accounts. Conduct investigation and validation of all customer claims including deductions. Calculate monthly and quarterly payouts based on annual customer contract.
Responsibilities:
- Review customer claim invoices and validate it against contracts
- Maintain annual program terms with payouts
- Process valid customer claim submissions and post audits
- Identify invalids and partner with sales team to resolve in a timely manner
- Process credit notes/debit notes on a daily basis
- Perform customer account reconciliations for responsible accounts
- Program registration/monitoring & maintenance
- Account Management/reporting
- Analyzing & reporting of accounts
Education level and/or relevant experience(s):
