Claims Assessor Location: Kariega (Uitenhage), Eastern Cape Overview A leading automotive dealership is seeking a skilled Claims Assessor to evaluate and process warranty and maintenance-related claims. The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge, dealership experience, and the ability to assess claims in accordance with manufacturer standards and policies. Key Responsibilities Assess and validate warranty and maintenance claims submitted by service departments. Review repair orders, technician reports, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance. Ensure claims are processed in accordance with OEM warranty policies and procedures. Investigate and resolve rejected, disputed, or irregular claims. Liaise with technicians, service advisors, manufacturers, and dealership management regarding claim-related matters.
