Job Description
Claims Analytics Specialist The Opportunity Zurich Canada is looking for a Claims Analytics Specialist to work from our Toronto office and help advance data‑driven decision‑making across Claims through high‑quality analytics, reporting and insights.
What you will do
Lead the development of claims analytics, dashboards and reporting solutions that support operational performance, portfolio insights and strategic decision‑making.
Partner with Claims leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders to understand business challenges, define analytical requirements, and translate needs into scalable data solutions.
Design and develop predictive models and analytical approaches that tackle claims‑related issues such as severity, frequency, leakage, cycle time, triage, reserving indicators and operational efficiency.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, semantic models and performance reporting using strong data modelling practices and DAX.
