Claims Analytics Specialist
The Opportunity
Zurich Canada is looking for a Claims Analytics Specialist to work from our Toronto office and help advance data‑driven decision‑making across Claims through high‑quality analytics, reporting and insights.
What you will do
- Lead the development of claims analytics, dashboards and reporting solutions that support operational performance, portfolio insights and strategic decision‑making.
- Partner with Claims leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders to understand business challenges, define analytical requirements, and translate needs into scalable data solutions.
- Design and develop predictive models and analytical approaches that tackle claims‑related issues such as severity, frequency, leakage, cycle time, triage, reserving indicators and operational efficiency.
