Bilingual Claims Analyst (EN/FR) – Remote
Location: Canada (EST). Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am to 5pm. 100% Remote.
Are you fluent in English and French and eager to use your communication skills to make a real difference? We’re seeking a Bilingual Claims Analyst to provide clients with accurate, professional, and attentive support. This is a remote role, and you must be physically located in Canada.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to process claims accurately and efficiently.
- Craft transparent, professional scripts and written communications to guide claimants.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining high-quality work.
