About the Role
Claims Adjuster I, Accident Benefits – responsible for assisting customers with minor injuries resulting from motor vehicle accidents, ensuring a seamless and positive customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and thorough investigation and adjudication of medical claims.
- Identify eligibility and entitlement, ensuring quick access to available benefits to promote treatment and recovery.
- Manage claims while abiding by current provincial regulations and guidelines as well as company protocols and procedures.
- Answer queries from customers, legal representatives and medical clinics while providing high‑quality customer service.
Qualifications
