Progressive Design, Inc. is currently seeking a Civil/Structural Department Manager .

This is a full time/direct hire position that is located in Midlothian, VA- (Richmond, VA area) .

The Manager of the Civil/Structural/Architectural (CSA ) Department is responsible for overseeing the engineering & design teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.

This role involves managing and training staff, staff resource planning, maintaining department quality control standards, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining client relationships.
