Job Description
We are looking for an experienced civil, structural and architectural supervisor to join our site-based team in Tarlac City, Philippines. The role will involve overseeing the construction of a major industrial plant for a global beverage brand for approximately 12‑14 months, with a chance for extension. Housing allowance may also be provided.
What you will do
- Supervise daily CSA works in assigned zones
- Conduct inspections and quality checks
- Ensure compliance with drawings and method statements
- Coordinate with QAQC and Safety teams
- Report progress and any issues to senior management
What we expect from you
- Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline (master’s degree is a nice to have)
- Licensed engineer is preferred
- Minimum 8 years of site supervision experience
- Strong CSA technical background
