Job Description
A growing organization within the construction and civil engineering industry is hiring a Civil Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day civil site operations and ensure execution as per approved drawings and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily civil works on-site including structural, finishing, and external works.
Coordinate tasks with foremen, subcontractors, and engineers.
Monitor progress, manpower allocation, and material requirements.
Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
Report site progress and challenges to the Project Manager.
