A newly established contracting company in Dubai is seeking to hire a Civil Site Engineer to supervise and manage G+2 villa construction projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience supervising G+2 villa construction projects in Dubai.
- Registered and approved by Dubai Municipality (preferred to be eligible for appointment as the company’s responsible engineer).
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, building codes, and construction standards.
- Proven experience in site supervision and managing all phases of construction.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
- Proficient in reading construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written). Arabic is an advantage.
