Job Description
Landev Consulting is a growing civil engineering firm working across BC's Sunshine Coast and Sea-to-Sky corridor. We are opening a new Squamish office and are looking for a Civil Project Engineer to help establish our presence in the region. Our team has delivered Squamish projects including SEAandSKY, Garibaldi Springs, Sirocco, and The Main.
This is a multi‑role position suited to someone who likes variety, ownership, and a fast‑moving small team. It is not pure design and not pure project management.
Responsibilities
Design civil land development projects: subdivisions, servicing, stormwater and drainage, and municipal infrastructure
Produce design and drafting in Civil 3D
Conduct site and construction inspections across the Sea-to-Sky corridor
Support municipal approvals such as permits and rezoning, and coordinate with the District of Squamish, Town of Gibsons, and the SCRD
Coordinate servicing with utilities such as B...
