The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil engineering and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in reclamation and civil engineering construction works. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work under tight deadlines are essential. The role requires a proactive team player who is willing to be based in Manila.
