Parsons is looking for a talented Civil Engineer for Roads and Highways projects in Sharjah, UAE. In this role you will assist the Resident Engineer in administering day‑to‑day operations for assigned works.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Generally assist the Resident Engineer and deputize when required.
• Be aware of requirements specified in the Contract Documents and perform applicable duties.
• Supervise contractor’s work to achieve and maintain required O&M, ensuring construction is in accordance with the Contract Documents.
• Participate in contract administration.
• Review contractor’s submissions.
• Provide all necessary on‑site direction and issue site instructions.
• Supervise site inspection staff.
• Check measure of work done.
• Observe site safety practices.
• Monitor quality of materials and workmanship.
