Monitor project execution to ensure work is completed on time and meets quality standards. Prepare and participate in tender bidding and estimation activities. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams. Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and company procedures. Prepare site reports, progress reports, and project documentation. Resolve technical issues at the construction site. Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Engineer. Experience in site supervision and tender bidding is essential. Good communication skills in English.
