EXP is seeking a Civil Engineer-in-Training (EIT) / Project Coordinator to join our Brampton office. The role is ideal for candidates progressing toward a Project Engineer position and focuses on managing water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Central Canada.

What a day at EXP looks like

• Work on water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Central Canada.
• Support delivery of medium to large‑scale projects, including treatment plants and pumping stations—from studies and conceptual design through construction and close‑out.
• Collaborate within a dedicated team that values quality and on‑time delivery.
• Build strong relationships with internal disciplines including architectural, structural, electrical, and I&C as part of EXP’s full‑service delivery model.
