Summary About the Position: Serve as a hydraulic engineer for the Rock Island District to deliver vital engineering solutions including: small and large-scale navigation improvement, small and large-scale ecosystem restoration, local and regional flood risk management, and routine water management efforts. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
