B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering 5–10 years of relevant experience Strong knowledge of residential plots, villa projects,commertial buildings and site execution Experience in quantity estimation, billing, BOQ, and project coordination Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office Good communication and team management skills Responsibilities: Supervise residential plot and villa development projects Monitor site execution, quality, and timelines Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients Prepare bills, BOQs, and project reports Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Preferred: Candidates living near Hitech City or willing to commute.
