ENTRUST Canada is seeking a Civil Engineer in Calgary for its expert substation team. This role offers a chance to lead design efforts and mentor engineers in high voltage projects.
As a Civil Engineer, you will lead and mentor the civil team, conduct design reviews, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The role requires preparing vital documents such as cost estimates and scopes of work while also offering support during construction. You will be responsible for overseeing project progress, maintaining client relationships, and conducting quality control reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and lead the substation civil engineering team
• Review and ensure compliance of designs
• Develop cost estimates and scopes of work
• Prepare Construction Issued drawings and As-Built documents
• Provide engineering support during construction
