Operational Duties

• Manage the daily operation and monitoring of Asset management functions to ensure work is carried out as per agreed processes and SLA
• Manage Fit‑Out function as per agreed SLA – review & approve Fit‑Out submissions, Fit‑Out permits, Fit‑Out inspections and issue Fit‑Out Completion Certificate
• Manage Property unit Handover / Takeover function as per agreed SLA
• Respond and resolve business partners concerns and queries related to fit‑out, permits, NOC, etc… are resolved as per SLA
• Manage system update with verified data (area, power allocated, FEWA account) of existing property units
• New Project & Developments – Assist in project initiation, prepare design brief, sourcing consultant, design review and tendering activities
• Takeover new project upon completion, prepare property inventory of new developments and update the system
