Take on a key role at Teraflex as a Civil & Electrical Utilities Project Estimator. This on-site full-time position emphasizes your estimating expertise and teamwork in Ottawa's dynamic environment.
As a Project Estimator reporting to the General Manager, you will prepare estimates and collaborate with team members to deliver impactful submissions. Your analytical skills will be crucial for reviewing specifications, ensuring pricing accuracy, and supporting operations through effective inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze proposals and contracts for estimating needs
• Determine labor and material requirements
• Prepare detailed cost estimations based on research
• Establish strong client and subcontractor relationships
• Assist Operations with project execution planning
Requirements:
• Background in Construction Estimating or Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 2 years’ estimating experience
