As a Civil 3D Specialist, you will elevate the quality, stability, and efficiency of our digital engineering workflows, empowering multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex infrastructure projects with confidence. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring model accuracy, enhancing collaboration, and advancing WSP’s technical excellence across Canada.
**Your Impact**
+ Troubleshoot and resolve complex Civil 3D issues, including object instabilities, performance degradation, sheet production challenges, and data corruption.
+ Diagnose and correct multi‑user and collaboration challenges within **ProjectWise – Civil 3D managed environments** .
+ Govern and optimize **Data Shortcuts (DRef)** , including folder structures, naming conventions, and best practices that keep project data organized and stable.
