Position: Full Time Associate Security Lead

Site: City of Brampton

Hours: Sunday to Saturday – Rotating Continental (1200 – 2400) (hours can change due to operational needs)

Pay: $25.48/per hour

Job Description

  • Reports directly to the Team Lead (Contract Manager) and serves as the secondary authority for contract security personnel
  • During non-business hours the Associate Security Lead serves at the lead contact for the contracted security team
  • Responsible for a team of 20+ security personnel on a given shift
  • Ensuring guards assigned to work at the City meet the mandatory skill set required to work at the assigned location
  • Arranging and reviewing site specific training with contract security guards
  • Performing random checks of guards to ensure their knowledge and performance meet City expectations
