The Role The City Lead has full responsibility for the daily operations and performance of a city depot. While remaining strongly hands‑on (60–70%), this role carries clear managerial and financial ownership. Leads the local team, manages depot costs, ensures efficient fleet turnaround, and drives continuous operational improvement. This role is accountable not only for execution, but for results. Reporting directly to the District Manager, you are responsible for delivering a high‑performing, cost‑efficient, and customer‑focused operation every day.
