City CEO Nashik Location: Nashik | Working Days: 6 days a week | Reporting To: Central Leadership About the Role Nashik is one of India's most complex and high-value agri-labour markets. As City CEO Nashik, you will own the full city P&L-style operating engine across labour supply, farmer demand, allocation, execution, and team leadership. This is not a desk role or coordination role you will be the final owner of whether Nashik runs smoothly on the ground. Key Responsibilities Labour Supply Ownership: Build and manage local and migrant labour sourcing pipelines; own onboarding, verification, rate negotiation, and first-job activation; build supply depth for peak-season demand Allocation & Marketplace Execution: Manage allocation teams matching labour to farms; design micro-clusters for efficient movement; ensure daily fulfilment and resolve issues quickly Farmer Demand & Relationship Management: Own the farmer journey from booking to execution to feedback; ensure pricing discipline...
