The Citrix Architect will serve as a Mid-Senior level VDI Architect responsible for providing level-2 and level-3 technical support for the Citrix and XenApps server environment. This role requires analysis and evaluation of complex system requirements and the development of secure, scalable virtual desktop infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will function as a Subject Matter Expert and ensure optimal performance, compliance, and client satisfaction within a controlled environment.
