Responsibilities
- Configure and manage Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Maintain and configure network security policies and procedures.
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs,
- patches, hot-fixes, and security configurations.
- Develop and document common tasks to share expertise, streamline procedures, and
