Senior Russian-Speaking Advisory Lead — CIS Vertical

We're hiring a Senior Advisory Lead to own and build our CIS client vertical at GCG Structuring. This is a consultative, advice-first position with a clear path to becoming Head of CIS Advisory within 12–18 months.

What You'll Do

Advise Russian/CIS clients on:

• Tax & compliance (with internal experts)
• OnePack / retainer solutions
• Advanced structuring (foundations, holdings, DIFC)

You will:

• Generate your own pipeline (no inbound at the start)
• Run discovery calls and in-person meetings
• Structure proposals and close deals above AED 100k
• Coordinate internally with tax, banking, PRO, and operations teams
