Job Description
Take on the IT Helpdesk Specialist role at Cineplex, delivering vital Level 1 support for our systems. This position offers full-time shift work, including evenings and weekends.
Cineplex is looking for an IT Helpdesk Specialist to provide daily technical support across various channels. You will address hardware and software issues and prioritize incidents for resolution. The role includes proactive monitoring, documentation, and input in enhancing departmental processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first level IT support for Cineplex hardware and software
• Utilize Helpdesk app to manage incoming incidents
• Monitor Cineplex Systems Infrastructure components
• Document solutions in the Helpdesk Knowledgebase
• Participate in IT projects as assigned
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science/IT preferred
• 1-3 years in IT Help Desk Support
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and various OS
• Customer service experience required
