Data Technology Controls Lead

The primary function of the Data Technology Controls Lead role is to work within the Corporate Investment Bank (CIB) Risk and Control Management function to support the rollout and implementation of data-related technology controls defined by Firmwide Data Assurance and CIB Chief Data Office (CDO). Working closely with CIB CDO, CIB Sub-LOB Data Governance Leads and Technology Asset Owners, the team have a number of primary objectives:

• Define and publish data-related technology control procedures for CIB, including technical data quality, data retention and destruction, data protection, and data privacy controls.
• Support CIB Application Owners with the adoption and evidencing of data-related technology control procedures.
• Maintain a knowledge base for data-related technology control procedures, including best practice, guidelines and training.
