Job Description

Now Hiring a Continuous Improvement and Inventory Control Intern at our Menomonie, WI plant!
 

Wage $23.32 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuous Improvement Support:Assist in identifying and analyzing opportunities for process improvements within operations and supply chain management.Support the development and implementation of lean methodologies, including value stream mapping, process flow improvements, and waste reduction strategies.Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of continuous improvement initiatives.Assist in organizing workshops, training sessions, and meetings to promote a culture of continuous improvement within the company.
