Security Operations Centre Operator (Call Centre Operator) – Hamilton/ Part Time

About the role:
We have an opportunity to join our Hamilton SOC team.
These specialist roles within a National communications company will be different, with unique challenges daily but it’s all about people engagement - listening, observing, and helping.
You will be:
- Monitoring CCTV, and numerous critical alarm systems
- Assisting with access and compliance within the telecommunications sector
- Working on variety of applications via desktop simultaneously; some of these include:
*Outlook
*Microsoft Teams
*SharePoint
*PureCloud
*Excel
*Gallagher command centre - Incident reporting
- Raising and following up fault tickets
